Spare tire.  Muffin top.  Beer Belly.

There are a million names to call it, and everyone wants to know how to get rid of it.  That extra tummy fat. 

It’s stubborn and frustrating.  But we’ve got a circuit busting exercise that can help get rid of it.

The Ab Sliders.

If you haven’t used these guys before, they can take your ab routine up instantly.  Sliders aren’t some fancy equipment – they are basically furniture movers.  And you can use them in exercises to make things harder, work more stabilizing muscles, and really challenge your core.

But here’s what you have to remember – you can not spot train.  If you want to lose fat – no matter where it is – you have to get on a workout regimen that includes weights and cardio.  I wish there was a magic answer or magic exercise, but the magic is called hard work.

Tip:  Set small, attainable goals and work toward achieving them – in the gym, on the trail, in a class, in the office, in life.  Keep it manageable and keep track of it.  Before you know it, all those small steps will add up to something big.
