“Why yes!  Yes we can!  Sounds like the Mountain Climber is just for you!”

The Mountain Climber is a take-anywhere exercise that you can add to any workout in order to instantly boost its intensity.  And our trainer, Jason Bacigalupo, explains how to do the exercise properly in this demonstration video.

When done with proper form, Mountain Climbers give you the core benefits of a plank while also increasing your heart rate to give you cardio benefits as well.   And because you have to stabilize yourself with your arms, your upper body gets work too!

Mountain Climbers are an excellent exercise to add to a weight-lifting circuit in order to get some cardio.   It’s also a great exercise to boost the intensity of an all-cardio workout.

Think about this:  The next time you finish your run, instead of stopping – why not add in a minute interval of Mountain Climbers, or maybe even add in the Leg Matrix?  And, no – I’m not kidding!  These are the things that are going to bring your fitness to the next level.
