C’mon, tell the truth….

Rowing is a great way to add a cardio kick into a strength workout.  It’s also a really kick-butt cardio workout on its own.  You are using your upper body and your legs, and it’s definitely a tough, efficient & effective workout.

To show the proper technique for rowing, we consulted our resident expert – Ryan Kilpatrick.  Ryan is one of our trainers and was a competitive rower in high school and college.
