Many of our clients spend a lot of time working at a desk.  They come to us with lower back pain, neck and shoulder stiffness – some of which is caused by sitting for long periods of time working at a desk, on the computer.

Taking just 3 minutes to do a stretching series at your desk can help to alleviate some of those problems.  All stretches shown in this video can be done at your desk, in your cube or in your office.

So, set a reminder on your calendar, in your Outlook, or on your phone, and do our 3 minute desk stretch after working for 2-3 hours.  It will help you relieve tension, reduce stiffness, and re-energize for the rest of your day.
