You are probably already familiar with the medicine ball. Let us introduce you to its’ cousin the Slam Ball (aka Dead Ball, aka Non Bouncing Plyo Ball). The slam ball can be used for a variety of exercises – but is particularly good for exercises where you want to combine cardio & strength.

Ball slams are an excellent exercise for working upper & lower body while getting some cardio into the mix. And let’s face it, slamming a ball also is a great frustration & stress reliever!
