Eli McKnight has over a 13 years of experience in the fitness industry as a strength coach, metabolic specialist, boxer and group fitness instructor. Eli holds a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology, completing a dual program in Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Sports Conditioning from AT Still University, is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM, a Level II National Academy of Speed & Explosion Coach, and is certified by the American Red Cross in CPR/AED. Eli works with all levels, providing strength training services for beginner-level learners and professional-caliber athletes. Eli also specializes in corrective exercise and orthopedic rehabilitation for the aging population.
