Personal & Small Group Training

Excellence In Exercise began in 2005 as a private personal training studio, and while we’ve grown, our approach to personal & small group training has not changed – it’s all about the relationship.

Our trainers begin building that relationship with the initial session where we screen and assess all new clients.  Assessments allow us to gain important information on clients’ health and fitness status in order to tailor a program to their specific needs and goals.  And as our clients progress in their programs, we reassess in order to set additional short and long-term goals.

And while hard work is key to any training program – we also like to have fun!  Our studio provides a great atmosphere for camaraderie – whether you are in a one-on-one training session, or working out with a small group.

With Excellence In Exercise you pay for what you get.  Unlike the gym, there are no initiation fees, no monthly fees and no contracts.  Just choose the package that is best for you, and we’ll get to work!
