Walking lunges are one of my favorite lower body exercises.

When you do walking lunges, you use functional movement and incorporate multiple muscle groups.

But probably the best thing about this exercise is that it can be done anywhere – down your hall at home, in the office, in your backyard, in the gym (you get the idea) – and they can be done with just your body weight or with added weight.
