Lisa Hart is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Yoga Instructor who holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services.  Lisa has over 10 years of teaching experience in a variety of formats: yoga, bootcamp, strength, circuit, mat Pilates, Barre®, Zumba®, stretch and more.  A former competitive gymnast and ice show skater, Lisa enjoys sharing her love of group fitness with others to help them reach their fitness goals and improve their health.
