Micah Smith is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Kennesaw State University. Micah grew up in an active family, enjoying ski trips, playing baseball and running cross country and track. Micah is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He focuses on helping clients build stability and strength through a full range of motion and strives for balance in his personal workouts through a combination of powerlifting and running.
