Even fitness enthusiasts and trainers can use a little help finding healthy recipe suggestions.   So, I was glad when I came across a great new source for recipes that are vetted by not just one, but TWO Registered Dietitians.

Healthy Aperture is a new site that takes recipes from across the web and blogosphere and compiles and categorizes them on their site.

All recipes are approved by the dietitians who run the site, and you can search categories from Meat and Poultry to Vegan, Gluten-Free to Whole Grains, Vegetables to Kid Friendly and practically everything in between.  And all recipes are accompanied by beautiful photography, so that you can see what you’ll be making ahead of time.
